Title: Chickpea a la King - Joann Rachor

3/4cWater
1/2cNUTS OR SEEDS
1/4cFlour
3tbCHICKEN STYLE SEASONING
1tsSalt
2 1/4cAdditional water
2cCooked garbanzo beans,
  Salted -=OR=-
1cn(16oz) garbanzo beans,
  Drained
1 1/2cFrozen green peas
2/3cSliced carrot
1/2cChopped onion

BLEND smooth the water, nuts or seeds, flour, seasoning and salt. Pour into saucepan. Rinse blender with additional water and pour into saucepan. Lightly boil, stirring, about 5-10 minutes until thickened. In a separate pan, cook carrots and onions in a small amount of water until almost tender. Add peas and cook 3 more minutes. Add drained vegetables and garbanzo beans to the sauce. Serve over brown rice, noodles or potatoes.
